Augusto Ruffo was born in Buenos Aires in May 1972.
He studied Business Administration at UCA (Argentine Catholic University).
During his career, he was able to participate in numerous product launchings, mergers, acquisitions and privatizations in top Corporations.In 1993 he joined the project that would later become Anticipar AFJP.
In 1995 he joined the recently created Caja de Ahorro y Seguros, a leading company in the Insurance Market, where he participated in the company's process of improvement and restructuring. Within the same group, he had the opportunity to be part of the team that put together La Caja ART, a company that is currently a market leader.
At the end of 1998 he joined Hartford Seguros de Retiro, subsidiary of the Nš 1 company in its segment in USA, where he was head of Marketing and product development. From that position, he added value so that in the provisional insurance segment, the company increased its average monthly income from $800.000 to $4.000.000.
During his whole life, he had a close relationship with technology as a working tool as well as a hobby. This liking for technology enforced by his experience in business development lead him to quit Hartford to dedicate himself to the development of Workjoy with the support of Daniel and Esteban Nofal.
